Contact information used for newsletter distribution is stored by a third-party newsletter service provider. Zpirit AS uses Mailchimp as the provider of such services. Mailchimp stores all data encrypted in its database, and the information we store there cannot be read by anyone other than Zpirit AS.
You can request to have your information deleted, or request insight into the information stored about you in our newsletter system, at any time.
Information about your use of our website is stored on Google servers and is deleted after 36 months if you have not used zpirit.no during this period. It is not possible to extract information about individual users from Google’s server, neither by Zpirit AS nor others.
Server logs are stored in a secure area and can only be read by Zpirit AS and our server services provider. The logs are used solely for diagnosing our server and are automatically deleted after 12 months.
